Caring Palms Home Care was founded from both personal experience and a profound passion for helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of aging.

Our founder’s journey into home care began when his own grandmother became ill and required hospice and additional daily support. Experiencing firsthand the challenges, anxieties, and difficult decisions families face during these vulnerable moments inspired a deep commitment to ensuring others never feel alone in their journey.

Over the past ten years, our founder has had the privilege of helping hundreds of families understand their care options, navigate the senior healthcare system, and find the support needed to help loved ones remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. Along the way, it became clear that many families were looking for something more—care that feels compassionate, responsive, and truly relationship-driven. Caring Palms Home Care was created to provide that experience: a boutique, concierge approach where your loved one is treated with the same care and respect you would give them yourself.

Conner Galvin

Founder

Conner Galvin’s path to home care began through two deeply personal experiences. While helping his grandmother navigate the challenges of aging, a close friend in the senior-care industry became an invaluable source of guidance and support. Around the same time, Conner’s career as a construction manager was unexpectedly interrupted by a serious fall from a roof.

Together, these experiences gave him a firsthand understanding of how quickly life can change—and how overwhelming it can be for families to find the right care, resources, and trusted guidance. In many ways, Conner “fell into” home care and discovered his purpose. Over the past decade, he has helped hundreds of families navigate senior care with greater clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

As Founder of Caring Palms Home Care, Conner oversees the company’s operations, caregiver referral process, and relationships with families and healthcare partners. He remains personally involved in coordinating complex transitions home and helping families identify care solutions tailored to their individual needs. His philosophy is simple: remain accessible, use every available resource, and approach each family’s situation with the same urgency and care he would expect for his own.

Dana Mazzella

Director of Nursing

Dana Mazzella, ARNP, brings a diverse clinical background and hands-on nursing experience to Caring Palms Home Care. Licensed in both Florida and New Jersey, Dana has cared for patients as a hospital floor nurse and provided highly personalized support as a private concierge nurse.

In her role at Caring Palms, Dana assists with operations and provides clinical oversight, helping ensure that the company’s approach remains grounded in sound nursing judgment, professionalism, and a clear understanding of each client’s needs. Her experience across hospital and private-care settings allows her to offer valuable guidance to families navigating both routine care and more complex transitions home.
